Hey all! Here is a sneak peak of a few fabulous finds that I picked up at Zara for the start of my fall wardrobe! The weather here in New York has unusually warm for the most part so I've mostly been wearing my summer wardrobe and adding a sweater for when the day becomes cooler. Above are a few staple pieces I found at Zara and absolutely HAD to have! A classic white leather dress, 70s style patterned skirt, billowy white blouse (perfect for both summer and winter-if you add layers) and a staple pair of jeans. I am absolutely NOT a jeans person by any means, (I'm a firm believer of the unpopular opinion that leggings count as pants-as long as you wear them properly) I haven't worn jeans in years until I found this perfect pair at Zara! They fit amazingly well and the dark wash makes them very versatile! Below the white bloused paired with the jeans are pictured! If you are interested in more information on the items let me know in the comments! :) xoxo Toma
Hey there! For all those who continue to follow this fashion blog I created a few years back, thank you so much! I have always been interested in fashion and beauty and so I decided to create this blog a few years ago. Unfortunately, I was in college at the time which made it super difficult for me to put any real time and energy into the blog. Now, I have graduated college and pretty much have all the time in the world to dedicate to this blog! So I have decided to revamp the entire blog! My main focuses on the blog will be fashion, beauty, and fitness! Within the next week I hope to be complete up and running! (and this time I'm back for good!)
Hello again! I know I haven't posted in the longest time but thank you for those who continue to follow me! (: So this winter I've been super into the plum trend. Believe it or not I didn't always like this color and I thought it would look horrible on me but recently I've seen a lot of different sort of people able to pull it off and I've been really into the idea of trying new lipsticks lately, so I thought why not give it a try. For my birthday I asked for plum lipstick from my friends and my one friend bought me the Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté lipstick which I have absolutely fallen in love with! I would definitely recommend this to everyone! It's the perfect color. It's not too dark and not too light and I think it would be great with all skin tones. I personally have a medium brown skin-tone and I LOVED the color on me and received many compliments. This is most definitely my favorite lipstick of the season! Mine is #12 in the color Forbidden Burgundy. You can get it for 34$ at Sephora and it is most definitely worth the price. It's long lasting color that doesn't easily dull.

Does anyone have any plum/wine/burgundy lipsticks they would recommend? Maybe drugstore versions that are equivalent yet affordable? What are your favorite color trends for this winter season? Let me know in the comments below!

Hello all! A few months back I started this blog but unfortunately with school and everything I wasn't able to keep up with it. But I really want to get into blogging so I thought I'd give it another try! Especially since it's summer and I have so much free time! This coming week I'm headed to Long Island and I thought that would be a perfect time to start blogging about my wardrobe! But for now I have made a new purchase that I'd like to share! It's the Maybelline Rocket Volum' Express. Which looks like this:
It's Maybelline's newest mascara and before purchasing it I heard a lot of great things so I thought why not give it a try! I used to use L'oreal Voluminous Mascara but I ran out a while back and my friend had given me a Chanel mascara that I used for a little while. Truth be told, I'm not the biggest makeup wearer so I don't buy new products too often and I don't wear makeup on the daily. But out of all the products there are, mascara is the one I use the most frequently. I digress, I really liked this mascara! As soon as I started to apply I saw a difference and for me usually it takes at least two coats to see any real change. I ended up only putting on one coat and using an eyelash curler. Below is the difference.
Before applying. Bare lashes.
After. (One coat and eyelash curler)
Forgive me for the terrible photo and the smudged eyeliner (I'm new at this!) and keep in mind I am no makeup blogger but I really like this mascara and thought I'd share it with you guys! This is only after ONE coat which I think is pretty good. I don't think the photo exemplifies it as well as it could but this mascara made my eyelashes look voluminous after only one coat. Imagine after two or three coats! And after wearing it for a few hours I did not experience any flaking or smudging. All in all, I would definitely recommend this mascara! I bought the regular (not waterproof) version in the color blackest black and it was only $5.94 at my local walmart. Hopefully the next time I wear it I can get a better photo for you guys!
Oh and in case you were wondering, the brush looks like this:
It's definitely a smooth applicator and makes it easy to apply the mascara! I would definitely recommend this mascara for anyone on a budget and even those who aren't on a budget. It's such a low price for good quality! It made my eyelashes look better than they ever had with just one coat! I can't wait to apply when I'm going for a more dramatic look and dressing up to go out for the night and have a full face of makeup on! I hope you guys enjoyed this brief review! If you have any questions feel free to leave them below in the comments! (:

Hello all! I thought I'd share with you my favorite trend of the season, riding boots! I feel as if riding boots are extremely popular this year but they're such a timeless look that will never go out of style! You can pair riding boots with almost every outfit, jeans, leggings, dresses, skirts and tights. They're the perfect shoe to keep you looking classy and cute yet still warm for those in colder climates during the winter! Recently I invested in a pair of riding boots that I've fallen madly love with! (see below):
They have easily become my favorite pair of boots that I've ever owned! I bought them at Bakers, a shoe store that recently went out of business. They were pretty expensive (around 87$ ) but most riding boots are and they're definitely worth it and something I would recommend everyone have in their closet! Below is a set I created displaying just a few different styles of ridings boots! Let me know what you think about this trend! And what are your favorite trends this season? They can be clothing, shoes, accessories, or anything! Leave a comment down below!

Hello my fellow fashionista's! I've been interested in fashion for years now but only recently did I become so insanely in love with it! For some time now I have been interested in starting a blog but I wasn't exactly sure where to start and assumed nothing would come of it so I never found the courage. I love fashion so much and since I'm not studying it in college, I've been searching for a way to keep it in my life and I think this is the perfect way! On this blog I will be mostly talking about my personal fashion do's and don'ts, infused with some pop culture to spice things up! In addition to my love of fashion I also love movie-going, photography, and music so this blog will include a little bit of that too! Here's a little set I put together with two of my favorite fashionista's and one of my go-to outfits! Stay tuned for more!
